Lumpiang Shanghai

Ready to roll lumpia. I don’t know why there’s a lemon in this picture.

Ew. It looks burnt. As always, they didn’t turn out tight enough. Every time I make this, I swear, they end up so loosely rolled. I don’t know what the secret is. It’s very frustrating. I end up tearing the wrapper trying to roll these tightly. This happens to my sushi too. :( Help me.
